The integration between tracezilla and Visma Net connects traceability, purchasing, and production with accounting and financial processes.
When a customer invoice is created in tracezilla, it is automatically transferred to Visma Net, where it is recorded and processed further in the financial workflow. Payments and reminders can then be handled automatically in Visma Net.
Customers, suppliers, and SKUs are automatically synchronized between the systems, which means that information only needs to be updated in one place.
Supplier invoices are received in Visma Net and can be approved according to the company’s approval workflow. Once the invoices are posted, the costs can be linked to the correct purchases in tracezilla.
Inventory value from tracezilla can also be transferred to Visma Net at the end of the period to ensure the correct inventory value in the accounts.
