Kastbergs Gourmet Ice Cream makes ice cream with the best ingredients and great respect for the craft. More than 35 different products are made at the company in Herning Denmark, which are sold through food service wholesalers to the best hotels, restaurants and ice houses.
Why did you choose tracezilla?
We are facing an ambitious scaling of the company, which i.a. requires a qualification of our systems to ensure high efficiency, transparency and compliance. Tracezilla offers an ERP system designed for food companies like us. Now we manage our processes which have become more effective and transparent.
Which feature matters most to you?
The system is both deep and wide, so it is difficult to highlight one specific functionality. But as a business operator, I have an overview of our entire supply chain in a system - that is really great.
