New Invoice Page

We have improved the invoice page. You now get a clearer overview of invoice drafts and finalised invoices.

New document settings

Hide lot column

You now have the option to hide the lot column on documents.

You can find the setting in Company settings > Documents and templates > General settings > Line info.

Hide owner

You can hide the owner on documents. If you select Yes in this setting, Your contact person in the document header will not be displayed.

You can find the setting in Company settings > Documents and templates > General settings > General info.

Hide text strings

You can now hide text strings by typing [HIDE] in translations.

You can find translations in Company Settings > Documents and Templates > Translations.

Scenario settings

With the Estimate Expected Supply setting, you can have tracezilla fill in the quantities in the yellow Expected Supply fields when you estimate supply.

You can also choose to use the expected supply when creating purchase or production orders in the module.

The idea behind these settings is to provide more flexibility when creating orders in the module.

SKU Settings

The Inventory Coverage Period setting is relevant when you use the second new setting Expected Supply Estimation (see above). The estimation therefore takes the stock coverage period into account.

Allocable Lot Status Settings

Allocatable Statuses (NOT SALES):
You can choose which statuses you want to be able to allocate to warehouse orders, supplier return orders, or as consumed lots on production orders.

Additional Lot Statuses:
You can choose which statuses can be selected via the batch page (i.e. in the Update Lot window).

All statuses are enabled by default, but you have the option to disable statuses that are not relevant to your use.

You can find the settings in Company Settings > Other > Inventory > Lot Statuses.

Power Pack: New cube for invoices

We have added a new cube: Invoices. This cube allows you to create data extracts for invoice headers.

tracezilla has been translated into Norwegian

tracezilla can now be used in Norwegian.
