Invoice layout: New settings

We have added settings for invoice documents. The layout may be relevant if you want to create a simpler invoice layout with fewer details.

Example: The SKU codes have been given their own column. In addition, the batches have been hidden.

Inventory report and movements report

You can now filter by lot status in the Inventory and Movements reports.

Sorting by partner relationships

Now the partner relationships are displayed in alphabetical order.

Week Plan: Simple editing of resources

Now you can move a plan from one resource to another using drag-and-drop. You just need to approve the change before the plan is moved to the new resource.

The weekly plan is included in the module Tasks and Controls.

Contracts: Contract Date

We have added a field for date to contracts. Previously, today’s date was used in contract documents, but now you can overwrite it with another date.

Documents: Use information from partner relationships

Now you can use SKU-codes and -names from partner relationships instead of your own information.

Normally, the SKU-name and -code appear in parentheses after your own SKU-code and -name.

B2B Commerce: Several news

Improved menu bar on mobile

We have improved the look of the top bar on mobile. Now the look is simpler and the icons are rearranged.

Footer

Now you can display a footer in your B2B Commerce webshop.

To enable the footer, go to Company Settings > B2B Commerce > General Settings. By default, your partner information is used, but you have the option to customise the text by entering text in the free text field.

Request Access

We have added the Request Access feature. When your visitors click on the text, they will be taken to your contact form where the message is pre-filled. Your visitors can fill out the rest of the form, eventually edit the message and send it to you.

This feature has been added to all B2B Commerce portals. So you do not need to set any settings.

Category for all products

You can quickly create a category for all products in Company Settings > B2B Commerce > General Settings. Don’t forget to upload an image to display for the category.

B2B Commerce: Enhanced tabulation

You can now navigate back and forth with the tab key in B2B Commerce in fillable fields.

Favorites and Past Purchases page: New layout

We have improved the layout on the Favorites and Past Purchases pages.

Improved layout in the product list view

We have removed the thumbnail images from the variants in the product list. The product image is displayed and the visitor has the option to see more images by clicking the button under variants if there are more images.
