Two-factor authentication reminder
Two-factor authentication (2FA) helps to protect your account from unauthorized access. If you have not activated it yet, it is important that you do so now. You will receive a reminder at each login until you activate it.

Improved Activity Log
We have improved the activity log. Activities are now displayed in a table format, making the activity log easier to use.

New company settings
Require Batch Number and Expiration Date
We have added new settings which can be used to require that a batch number and an expiration date have been added to a lot before the order can be confirmed.

New settings related to short expiration
We have added new company settings, which make it easier to manage short expiration and expired lots.
You can now choose to change the status to Short expiration on lots that have passed the general shelf expiry requirement.
You can also choose to automatically change the status of lots that have passed their expiration date to Expired.

You can find the settings in Company Settings > Misc. > Inventory > Basic Settings.
Partner Comments: Location and Tags
You can now connect locations to partner comments. You also have the option to add tags to them.

These settings can be used in Power Pack reports or in conjunction with the Ongoing-integration.
Comments on SKUs: Tags
Now you can add tags to SKU comments.

Mobile version
Customize start page
You can now edit meny options in the mobile version for the different user roles.

Show custom menu items
You can show custom menu items in the mobile version.
Example:

In the example above, you see a view that contains two standard menu items and custom menu items: Today’s orders & Tutorials.
The setting is in Power Pack > Embedded External Dashboards > Show in mobile view.

NOTE! You need Power Pack to add custom menu options!
Edit storage location
You can now add/edit storage location in the mobile version.

New list view in B2B Commerce
We have improved the list view of products in the mobile version of B2B Commerce. The view is more simple and adapted to mobile.

Deliveries: Statuses
You have the option to activate two new delivery statuses for lots.

You can activate the settings in Company settings > Orders > Order type > Lot lines, inbound/outbound.

New filters in overviews
Today’s orders
Now you can mark today as pick-up or delivery date.

Tip: You can activate this filter and save it as the default view.
Recipe overview
You now have the option to filter on category in the recipe overview.

Forecasting: New report
Supply report
We have a new report under Forecasting > Supply. You can see data for all SKUs in the report.

New in B2B Commerce
Default settings for new users
You can now set default settings for new users and agents.

The settings can be found under Company Settings > B2B Commerce > General Settings > Access > Default settings for user invitations.
