Set contact document types via the import template and much more
Partner import template: Set contact document types
You can now update which document types a partner’s contact should receive directly from the partner import template.
There is therefore a new column in the template: Email these document types to contact.
Read more under Contacts in the tutorial Import template for partners.
Partners: Remove invoice partners with a bulk action
It has been possible to add an invoice partner (Invoice to) to several partners at once via bulk actions. Now you can also remove invoice partners again with a bulk action.
Select one or more partners in the partner overview, click Bulk actions and select Invoice to under Relations.
Select the invoice partner, tick Remove relation and click Yes, confirm!.
Mobile version: Search for SKU names
You can now search for SKU names in the search fields in the mobile version of tracezilla.
Note! You need to type at least 4 letters before the search starts.
Tags: Delete several tags at once via import
We have added a new column to the import file for tags: Delete. This allows multiple tags to be deleted at once.
You find tags under Company settings > Tags. Export your tags, write Yes in the Delete column for the tags you want to delete, and import the file again.
Inventory report: Show expected On Hand
The Inventory report now includes a new filter called Show expected On Hand, which adds an additional column to the report.
This column shows the quantity expected to arrive physically at the warehouse and calculates the inventory value based on that expected quantity.
Note! Orders with the status Draft are not included in this calculation.
New extension: Destination Roles
With the new extension Destination Roles, you can add a destination customer and a destination warehouse in the order header.
You enable the extension under Company settings > Extensions.
Once the extension is enabled, you find the Destination tab when you edit the order header.
Tasks & Controls: New rules for batch number and expiry date
Lot: Has Batch Number
We have added a new rule type to master tasks: Lot: Has Batch Number.
The rule is available when you choose Inbound lot-line receipt as Trigger in the tab Task Details.
This is relevant, for example, if you want a blocking task to appear when a batch number is missing on a lot.
Lot: Has Expiry Date
We have also added the rule type Lot: Has Expiry Date. It can be used, for example, if a task should be created when an expiry date is missing on a lot.
Contracts: Narrow orders based on reference code
We have added a new field to contracts: Narrow orders based on reference code.
If this setting is activated, the contract’s progress bar will display only those orders whose reference or requisition number corresponds to the contract’s reference code.
Recipes: Set expiry date and set manufacturing date
We have added two new fields to recipe end products:
- Set expiry date: Sets the expiry date to the manufacturing date + the shelf life set on the SKU.
- Set manufacturing date: Sets the manufacturing date to the availability date of the production.
Dropshipping: Check transport time and day shift
We have added new settings to the delivery profile under Partners > Relations:
- Check transp. time
- Day shift
The fields have been added based on customer requests for automating date calculation for EDI orders. When EDI orders are retrieved, a delivery date has been set by the end customer. Typically, the pick-up date will not be set, which is why the EDI order will be uploaded into tracezilla without a pick-up date.
How does it work?
These fields interact with the Transportation Lead Time field, which can be configured in the SKU settings. In a dropshipping flow, the transportation lead time indicates how many days the transport from the supplier to the end customer will take. tracezilla uses the transportation lead time to calculate the pick-up date on the EDI order relative to the delivery date specified by the end customer.
The calculation only takes effect if Check transp. time is set to Yes and the end customer has not specified a pick-up date. If a pick-up date has already been specified, it will not be overwritten.
Quantity declarations: Exclude customers with a specific tag
We have added a new field to the quantity declaration settings: Partner doesn’t have Tag.
The field works as an exclusion: The quantity declarations are not added to sales orders for customers with the selected tag.
This is especially relevant if you pay, for example, chocolate duty or spirits duty and sell products on to other manufacturers, where your customer is responsible for paying the duty. In these cases, the duty is passed on, and your sale is duty-free.
Order date and posting date shown in the order header
The order date and posting date are now displayed in the order header on all orders. The posting date only appears if one has been set. Otherwise, it is hidden from the overview.
API: Get and create documents
We have added two new endpoints to the API. Now it is possible to get and create order confirmation documents via API:
/orders/{orderType}/{orderId}/documents/documents/{documentId}/output/{format}

New integration with EDI Solutions
We have launched a new integration with EDI Solutions. More customers will gradually be migrated to the new integration, and some may need to use both integrations for a period.
The companies involved will be contacted directly.
