Filter by order status in order overviews

You can now choose which status you want to filter by in order overviews. This makes it easier to search for specific orders. Specificy-filter

New menu items under Quantity Declarations

New access restrictions

We have added several new access restrictions: -Purchase orders -Supplier return orders -Production orders -Inventory orders -Sales orders -Return orders -Case orders -Transformations -Adjustments

You have the ability to control which roles can work with these functions in tracezilla. You can find the settings under Company settings > Users and access > Roles and permissions > Access restrictions. Company settings > access restrictions

Flags in order overviews

Flags are now displayed in order overviews. It is based on either the supplier’s, customer’s, or producer’s country and the delivery country in warehouse orders.

Partner certificates: Comments

You can now write internal comments related to partner certificates.

Warehouse-setting for locations

The new warehouse location setting has an impact on orders placed via B2B Commerce: Your customers can only select locations that are selected as warehouse locations. You can find the setting under the Advanced Settings tab. Warehouse location

Services: Export & Import

You can now export and import your services. This makes it easier to update and get an overview of services. Export and import services

Sales orders: Possibility to transfer tags from partners and articles

Now you can choose to transfer tags from partners and/or articles to sales orders upon confirmation.

This can be useful in certain integrations, reports, and for creating an overview.

You can activate the settings under Company settings > Orders > Sales > Basic settings.

Transfer tags from partner & SKU to sales order

If you activate this setting, it is important that your tags are available for orders. Read more about tags here.

Mobile Version: Small Improvements

We have made changes to the buttons in the mobile version. We have made the buttons and the texts a little larger.

Energy percentages

We have added information about energy distribution in percentages to the recipe view. The calculation is performed automatically when you have saved the nutrition declaration. Energy percentages

Power Pack: New settings for Automatic Invoicing

Schedulers is part of the Power Pack add-on module. We have now added settings that allow you to set up automatic invoicing without tracezilla support. You can, among other things, choose whether it is dispatched, delivered or received sales orders that should be invoiced automatically.
