Export data

You can export all types of data from the application to Excel.


Available data

By using the top menu, you are able to see and export data for the following:

Purchase - Purchase Orders

- Contracts (Purchase)
Sales - Sales Orders
- Return Orders

Financials - Expenses


Export data

To export data you can do the following:

  1. Use the top menu to enter the relevant information page.
  2. Use the filters on the left to narrow down the data to be exported.
  3. Click Export in the upper right corner.
  4. Open the file, or save it locally on your computer for further processing.


*SKU data

When exporting data for Stock keeping Units the file consists of multiple tabs. In the SKU overview it is possible to export both an individual tab and the complete file containing all SKU data. When clicking Export in the SKU overview a drop-down menu enables you to select the information of choice. If you wish to export the complete data file, simply click All.

All reports can be accessed by clicking a tab in the top menu. The reports are shown in the bottom part of each drop-down menu in the Reports section.

You can export all Reports to Excel by clicking XLSX in the upper right corner. You can also view each report in a printer friendly format, that you can print or save as PDF.
