Sign up for a subscription
To sign up for a tracezilla subscription, you must have access to a demo account.
The subscription is pre-paid one month at a time, so you commit only one month after each payment. You can cancel the subscription at any time, and then the subscription will apply until the end of the period for which you have paid (maximum one month). This applies to subscriptions using card payment (not if you have a special agreement).
It is only the owner of the company account, who can subscribe and add users.
Create subscription
- Click the company name in the upper right corner, and select Company settings in the drop-down menu.

Click Subscription plan and add-ons under Subscription.

Choose a Trade or Manufacturing (production) subscription plan.

Select whether you want to purchase some add-ons or whether you just want a base subscription (no add-ons).

Please check that the currency is correct.
NB! Once the subscription is created, you cannot change the currency! If you at a later time want to change this, the subscription must be terminated, and resubscribed with the new currency setting. This will not delete your data. As soon as you resubscribe, your account will be exactly as you left it.

Click Start Subscription.

Click Pay and subscribe.

Update Subscription
Update Subscription/ Add-ons
You can update your subscription at any time and, for example, purchase more modules.
- Click on your company name on the right side of the top menu and select Company Settings in the drop-down menu.
- Click on Subscription plan and add-ons under Subscription.
- Make changes to your subscription.

Click on Update Plan and Add-ons.

Update payment card
Log in to tracezilla. Click on your company name on the right side of the top menu and select Company settings in the dropdown menu. Click on Payment under Subscription. You will be taken to the Stripe page. Edit your payment information.
Cancel subscription
If you pay by card
- Log in to tracezilla.
- Click on your company name on the right side of the top menu and select Company settings in the dropdown menu.
- Click on Payment Subscription. You will be taken to the Stripe page.
- Cancel/ remove your card information on the Stripe page.
If you pay by invoice
If you pay by invoice and want to cancel your subscription, please contact tracezilla support.
